Angular Contact Ball Bearing with Split Inner Race QJ-303

Angular contact ball bearings are particularly suitable for carrying combined (axial and radial) loads. Sometimes, they also can carry pure axial load and operate in higher speed. Under radial load, axial component force will be produced which must be counteracted. So the bearings are normally adjust against a second bearing.  
Since these bearing have a contact angle, they can subtain significant axial loads in one direction together with radial loads. Because of their design, when a radial load is applied, an axial force component is produced; therefore, two opposed bearings or a combination of more than two must be used(DB,DF,DT)

 

 

1)Single row and combined angular contact ball bearing 

The more contact angle is, the larger axial load bearing capacity is,the smaller contact surface is,themuch more convenient high speed rotary is. 

Pretension is made on angular contact ball bearing to increase rididity and accuracy of bearing. 

This bearing creates axial thrust load when being forced by radial load,thus it is configured(or combined) face to face or back to back.
