Product Description

XSY Bearings(ZGXSY brand ) double-row cylinder roller bearings is high-precision cylinder roller bearings with small cross-section, high carrying capacity of radial load and little transformation which is widely applied in machine tool spindles, spindles with high requirements on radial load and rigidity, as well as fields demanding for high pendulum accuracy and rotate speed. The cylinder roller and the raceway are in line contact with large radial load capacity, which are suitable not only for withstanding heavy load and shock load, but also for axial movement of high-speed rotation N type and NU type. The double-row cylinder roller bearings can also adapt to the position change of shaft and housing caused by thermal expansion or installation errors.
NJ type and NF type, best used as free end, can withstand a certain degree of one-way axial load; NH type and NUP type can withstand a certain degree of double-way axial load whose inner ring and outer ring can be separated; NNU type and NN type which are easy to assemble and disassemble have strong rigidity against radial load, mostly used in machine tool spindles.
Mainly applicable cages: steel stamping cage (Z shape), copper alloy cutting cage, pin-type cage, synthetic resin molding cage.
ZGXSY Bearings(ZGXSY) double-row cylinder roller bearings has NN and NNU two structures; diameter series consist of 30 series and 49 series. Axis can extend in axial direction.
NN type structure: the outer ring has no ribs while the inner ring has two ribs.
NNU type structure: the outer ring has no ribs while the inner ring has two ribs; compared with the NN30 series, the NNU49 series have smaller bearings cross section, higher spindle rigidity, but lower carrying capacity.
